Yes – it varies depending on the product/s and the quantity you are looking for. It could be anything from a 5% – 15% discount.

Generally, if you want a custom product made up, we have a minimum order quantity of 100 units. But pop us an email if there is something specific you are looking for and don’t quite need 100 – we will see what we can do to help you if it’s possible.

Absolutely! We have 2 methods for adding logos and inscriptions: burnt in with a laser machine or embossed in with a die and heat press. We can discuss both options with you to see which will better suit your needs.

It all depends on the product and quantity you need.

E.g. If you are looking for 60 personalised keyrings for wedding favours, we will probably be able to make them within a week. But if you are wanting 300 notebook covers for a corporate gifting order, we will probably need about 8 weeks manufacturing time (possibly more if it’s during a busy season).

It is best to contact us as far in advance as possible, but we will always do our best to be able to help you. So even if your timeline is short, please reach out to us and we will see what we can do.

Yes, although we do require you to purchase the stock from us upfront – we don’t offer sale on consignment options. The retail discounts will be subject to the quantities ordered.
