We try to keep stock on hand, so that your item can be sent out the day after you place the order. However during peak seasons, we may need a few days to manufacture your item. Please note that it takes about 3 days to be delivered from the time it is sent out with the courier.

Unfortunately at this time we don’t make custom items, as we are focusing on our increasing product range.

We have a flat fee of R 99 for shipping anywhere in South Africa.

If you are located outside of South Africa and would like to purchase any of our products, please pop us a message with your order and delivery address and we will get back to you with a delivery quote.

Absolutely! Simply drop us an email with the image you would like and the product you want it engraved on and we will send you a quote.

Returns will only be accepted withing 7 days of receiving your order, and only if the goods are still in their original condition.  Please note that any shipping fees are for the purchaser and will not be refunded. It is also the purchaser’s responsibility to cover the expense of the return delivery to our workshop.

We inspect all our products before sending them out, so the quality should always be of the highest standard. However, should you find a fault with the product, please let us know within 7 days so that we can assist you further.

We do not accept returns on any personalised products (unless it is a faulty).

Fortunately leather ages well with little help from our side. Over time, a patina forms over the leather which can leave it looking slightly darker- but this is part of the beauty of owning a leather item… the look evolves as you wear it.

DO’s

•  Dust off with a soft cloth
• Apply a colourless leather conditioner if the leather is looking slightly dull. A good guide is to apply the product every 3-6 months, depending on how often you use your leather item. 
  Ensure you test the product on a small, inconspicuous area first and wait about 24 hours for it to soak in.

DON’TS

• Don’t leave your leather products in direct sunlight for prolonged lengths of time. This can cause fading and sun dammage.
